Handcrafted in Vietnam using a centuries-old traditional process, MissQ® Moxa Sticks are made from the finest dried mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). Used by acupuncture practitioners and athletes as part of traditional moxibustion practice.

How to Use:

1. Light one end of the Moxa Stick until it glows
2. Hold 1-2 inches above the skin near the targeted acupuncture point
3. Move in a circular or up-and-down motion for 5-15 minutes
4. Extinguish carefully after use
