How to Use:

  1. Light one end of the Moxa Stick until it glows
  2. Hold 1-2 inches above the skin near the targeted acupuncture point
  3. Move in a circular or up-and-down motion for 5-15 minutes
  4. Use the MissQ® Moxa Extinguisher to extinguish the stick after use.
